Pilates for functional movement

Pilates to Move helps clients create and maintain healthy movement patterns to benefit virtually every aspect of their lives, help prevent injury, support and inform their daily movement, and create a sense of well-being. We combine Pilates, Pilates-based integrative movement, stretching, foam rolling, and Muscle Energy Technique (MET) to guide clients through focused movement sessions that address clients’ health and fitness goals.

Private sessions, duet sessions and small group classes are available by appointment.

Our Approach

We use a combination of Pilates technique, stretching, foam rolling and Muscle Energy Technique (MET) to help clients build strength, create and maintain healthy movement patterns, prevent injury, support and inform daily movement, and create a sense of well-being.
