Private Sessions
Private sessions use Pilates and Pilates-based movement to address clients’ specific health and fitness goals, with an emphasis on postural alignment and movement patterns.
Small Group Classes
Reformer classes offer a whole-body workout with an emphasis on postural alignment and movement patterns. With only five Reformers, clients receive a lot of personal attention while maintaining the dynamic flow of a group class.
Duet Sessions
In duet sessions, two clients have the opportunity to work on their specific health and fitness goals using Pilates and Pilates-based movement techniques.
