Private sessions use Pilates and Pilates-based movement to address clients’ specific health and fitness goals, with an emphasis on postural alignment.

Small Group Classes

Reformer classes offer a whole-body workout with an emphasis on postural alignment. With only four Reformers, clients receive a lot of personal attention.

Duet Sessions

In duet sessions, two clients have the opportunity to work on their specific health and wellness goals using Pilates and Pilates-based movement technique.
